Sweet and sour chicken
Cut chicken breasts into 1" squares. Roll in cornstarch, dip in egg, fry in oil about 2 minutes each side, until brown or starting to brown. Set on paper towel to dry excess oil. Mix all other ingredients together, I added can of pineapple. Mix sauce with chicken, put into 9x13 pan, bake 1 hour @ 325.
