Suggest a better description01. Mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
02. Heat oil over medium high heat in a large skillet. Add garlic and cook for 2 mins or until transparent.
03. Add the peppers and mix. Cover and cook for 2 minutes.
04. Add the broccoli and mix in. Cover and cook for 1 minute.
05. Add the chickpeas, sauce mixture, a generous dash of salt, pepper and cayenne. Reduce heat to medium. Cover and cook for 10 mins.
06. Adjust to preference after tasting.
07. Mix cornstarch in room temperature water and add mix to pan.
08. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve with rice or grain of choice.
