Mix tomato sauce, sugar, vinegar and mustard until sugar dissolves. With fork slightly beat egg, then add onion, cracker, meat, salt and pepper with 1/2 cup of the tomato sauce mixture.
Shape into pan an pour rest of sauce over it. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
