1. Chop onion and garlic
2. Put onion, garlic, fish sauce, sugar, black pepper and put in bowel with rib
3. Marinate for 20-30 minutes
4. Put some oil in the pan and fry the ribs until golden brown
Sauce:
1. Put sugar, soy sauce, salt, vinegar, water in a bowl and mix until sugar and salt dissolve
Ribs + Sauce:
1. Pour sauce into the pan with the ribs
2. Cook the ribs on low heat on stove with the lid on for about 10 minutes
3. Turn the heat on high and take off the lid and cook until the ribs are reddish brown and there is virtually no sauce left on the pan
