St Mary's School Wagga 1969
Cut pork into 1 inch cubes, brown in oil, add water and cook. Mix corn flour, sugar, salt, pineapple juice, vinegar and soy sauce and add to pork. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add pineapple pieces, onion and pepper and simmer 10 minutes. Serve with rice or noodles.
