Suggest a better descriptionCut pepper into large chunks; Cook in boiling water for 3 minutes
Drain and set aside
Beat egg, flour, salt, and pepper
Add pork chunks to batter coating all sides
Heat oil in skillet and add garlic
Drop pork into oil and thoroughly brown on all sides
Remove pork when completely cooked
Pour out oil, reserving one tablespoon
Return pork t pan
Add 1/3 cup boullion and simmer for 10 minutes
Add pepper and pineapple
Combine cornstarch, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and remaining bullion to pork and stir until thick and bubbly
Serve over cooked rice
