Drain two 20 oz cans chunk pineapple, placing the juice into large skillet.
Add:
1 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup catsup
2 tbsp soy sauce
Bring to boil, stirring until thickened, add meatballs, reserved pineapple and sliced green pepper.
serve with rice
