Requires marinating 2 hours. I used 1 package of chicken thighs from Whole Foods.
Combine vinegar, honey, tomato paste, cumin, garlic salt, lemon pepper, and cayenne pepper in a bowl. Add chicken thighs and turn to coat. Marinate in refrigerator 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Remove chicken from bowl and discard marinade. Place chicken thighs on a baking sheet. Bake 25 minutes or until done.
