Its not only easy to make you dont have to bake
1. Cook the rice
2. When done cooking roll the rice into balls (2 balls should equal one whole cup of cooked rice)
3. Mix the butter, milk, and sugar
4. Dip rice balls (one at a time) into the mixture
5. Refrigerate for 20 to 30 minutes
Dont leave the balls in the mixture to long
