Suggest a better description1. Place one tablespoon sugar and one teaspoon salt in mixing bowl
2. Warm milk one minute 30 seconds in microwave
3. Add milk to mixing bowll and stir to dissolve sugar and salt
4. Sprinkle yeast over milk and stir to wet
5. Cover and proof yeast ten minutes
6. Add one and a half cups flour to yeast and beat smooth with paddle attachment
7. Cover and let rise until light (about 45 minutes)
8. Cream butter, suger and salt together
9. Add to yeast mixture
10. Add egg, extract and remaining flour
11. Knead with dough hook until smooth and elastic
12. Cover and let rise until doubled in bulk (about one hour)
13. Turn dough out onto floured surface
14. Divide into 36 equal portions and shape into desired roll shape
15. Place on greased baking sheet
16. Cover and let rise until doubled in bulk (about one hour)
17. Heat oven to 425
18. Bake 15 minutes or until golden
