Suggest a better descriptionIn a wide mixing bowl, combine the water, oil, molasses, honey, ginger, sugar, and chili, and stir well
Sift together 4 cups of flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and cardamom.
Gradually add dry to wet, about a cup at a time
Mix until a soft dough forms
Divide dough into 4 equal balls, cover with a damp dish towel, and allow to rest for 20 minutes
Preheat oven to 400
Roll out dough
Transfer to pan or baking sheet, bake for 7-10 minutes or until tester comes out clean.
Allow to cool completely
