Combine chicken, pineapple juice, brown sugar and soy sauce in Crock Pot. Let cook on low for 6-8 hours. When done, shred chicken with two forks and then put back in crock pot. Add the pineapple chunks in and set on low for 15 more min to warm pineapple.
Serve over white rice.
