- Hull out the avocado
- Dice the avocado halves fine
- add remaining ingredients
- mix and serve (good chilled overnight)
Make sure to pick avocado's that are still fairly firm, the softer they are the more bitter they will taste.
The chopping of the avocados really makes a good texture rather then just a mushy mess. ( make sure it is diced quite small)
Don't forget the lime juice, it adds great flavor and without it you will have a brown mushy disgusting looking mess.
P.S. it's also great with a little bacon sprinkled on top
