Soak Sago in milk for at least an hour
Heat most milk in saucepan,
In a bowl beat eggs, sugar, essence, sustard powder and milk together
Gradually add to heated milk, add sago and stir constantly until thick
Stir in butter near end
When served, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar
