This is good!
Combine cream cheese, sour cream and sugar in small bowl. Place pineapple in a fine mesh strainer. Using the back of a spoon, press down firmly to release excess liquid. Combine the drained pineapple with the cream cheese mixture and stir until completely blended. Serve immediately or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until needed. Make up to 24 hours in advance. Makes 1 C. 2Tbsp per serving.
