Suggest a better description1. Preheat oven to 375 F. 2. In a heavy duty electric mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until combined. 3. Add the butter and continue mixing until the mixture resembles pebbles. Add the potato, buttermilk, and honey and mix until just combined. 4. Pat the mixture, 1-inch thick rectangle, into a parchment-lined cookie sheet and refrigerate for 2 hours. 5. Cut with a floured 1-1/2- to 2-inch cutter and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
