Suggest a better descriptionHeat oil in a pot, add onion and garlic and saute until cooked. Add sweet potatoes, carrots, lentils, water, cover and let simmer for 20-25 minutes until all the vegetables and lentils are soft. Use a hand blender to puree the soup. Add salt, pepper and other spices. Serve in a soup bowls.
