One of my favorite recipes from Kentucky Kitchens Cookbook from 1985
Mix mashed sweet potatoes, granulated sugar, 1 stick of butter, 1 tsp of vanilla and eggs, MIX WELL! Pour into casserole dish. Next mix 1 cup of brown sugar, 1/3 cup melted butter, 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour and 1 cup chopped pecans. Mix together until crumbly. Sprinkle over dish. Bake, uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes. Serve warm and enjoy!
My family loves this so much we eat it as dessert!!
