Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Scrub potatoes and cook in salted boiling water in large saucepan until tender. Cool, peel and mash potatoes; add remaining ingredients except topping. Beat until well mixed. Place in greased casserole. Sprinkle with topping. Bake for 45 minutes
