Topping
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter melted
chopped pecans
Directions: Boil or microwave potatoes until tender. Cool enough to peel.
Preheat oven to 350, mash potatoes, combine all base ingredients, add to potatoes.
After mixed place in a casserole dish. Combine ingred. for topping, spread evenly on top.
Place in oven and cook for 35 to 40 minutes. When done spread.
