Preheat oven at roast-300 degrees
place 6-7 Sweet potatoes on cookie sheet and roast for an hour
Peel potatoes and slice in chunk size pieces and spread across casserole dish
Slice banana and spread across sweet potatoes
take brown sugar and spread across meal
take cinnamon and shake it over entire meal
Put lid on and bake at 350 for 1/2 hour
Dont add more than 1 banana unless you want a strong banana flavor. You can make it sweeter by increasing the brown sugar. This also works well with one large can of yams.
