Suggest a better description- Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- Wash sweet potatoes thoroughly
- Cut each potato in half length wise and then slice into slices about 1/4" thick
- Place slices into a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and mix until slices are covered
- Arrange slices on a baking sheet covered with wax paper (preferred) or aluminum foil
- Season with salt and pepper to taste
- Bake at 425 for around 30 minutes. Check every few minutes starting at 25 minutes to ensure edges aren't burnt.
