Suggest a better descriptionSpray sweet potatoes with nonstick spray & toss them in the salt, garlic, parsley and either of the spice mixes. Bake them at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes, and then finish them under the broiler for 5 minutes.
You can serve this with a small side of maple syrup as and optional dipping sauce.
Spice Mix #1: 1/2 teaspoon cracked pepper, 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, cayenne pepper, pinch of allspice.
Spice Mix #2: 2 teaspoons Cajun Seasoning.
