Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Wash and slice sweet potatoes in to fry size pieces (skin or skinless). Lightly coat with olive oil. Sprinkle paprika, cinnamon, and sea salt. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 425 degrees for about 20-25 minutes turning 1/2 way through.
