Sweet Potato Souffle with Pecan and Brown Sugar Topping
Preheat oven to 350
1. Place all souffle ingredients in a Cuisinart and puree until light and fluffy.
2. Place in a buttered 8x8 pan
3. Place topping ingredients in a Cuisinart and chop until evenly mixed and pecans are chopped
4. Spread topping on top of the souffle.
5. Place in the oven for 30 minutes or until the topping is crispy.
