Peel potatoe. Cut up into small cubes
Soak submerged in water for 5 min
Then drain water, wrap in seran wrap and microwave for 4 minutes.
Take half and put in bowl and mash it. Then add butter and keep mashing till mixed.
Add sugar and honey, mix.
Add egg, one by one, after cooled down or it will cook egg.
Mix flour and baking powder in separate bowl. Add to mashed potatoe.
Cut up banana into circles. Mix banana and rest of potatoe. No mashing. You want chunks.
Bake 180 degrees for 45 min.
