1. Peel and Boil sweet potatoes for 40-50 minutes till soft.
2. Put Sweet Potatoe in large bowl and add melted butter and mix well with mixer. Stir in sugar, milk, eggs, nutmeg, cinnamon, and vanilla. Beat on medium speed till smooth. Pour filling on unbaked crust.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes until center comes out clean with toothpick.
