Heat oven 350
Boil potatoes until soft for about 50 min.
Cool and peel potatoes.
Mix potatoes, sugar, butter, milk, eggs, vanilla extract. Mix well .
Mix butter, brown sugar, flour, pecan.
Mix well, pour topping on top of potato mixture.
Bake 30 minutes uncovered
