Cut pork into 1-1/2 inch squares. Rub with extra brown sugar and let stand 5 minutes. Combine all other ingredients and pour over pork. Marinate overnight in refrigerator.
Drain pork and lay on rack over a pan of water. Roast at 350 for 1 hour turning over half way through. Baste with marinade mixture.
