add celery, bell pepper, onion. Saute 4 minutes. Drain the pinapple and reserve 1/2 c juice. Add one cup of pineapple chunks and cook 30 seconds. combine 1/2 c juice with soy sauce, cornstarch, sugar, soy sauce. Stir in mixture with wisk till smooth. Return chicken to pan. Add juice mix and bring to boil. Cook 1 minute and sprinkle with cashews.
