Melt butter or margarine in saucepan. Mix in flour until smooth; gradually add milk and stir until mixture boils and thickens. Remove from heat and gently fold in remaining ingredients. Pour into 2-quart casserole dish. Prepare biscuits; roll out to 1/4- inch thick. Sprinkle with cheese and roll up like jelly roll. Cut into 1/2-inch slices and place on top of casserole. Bake at 400 degrees until brown. Serves 6 with seconds or 8 single servings.
