1. Preheat oven to 400. Prick pie crust with a fork and bake for 8 minutes.
2. In a bowl, beat the eggs and then add the other ingredients, stirring to combine. Pour into the pie shell. Turn the oven down to 350 degrees and bake for 45 minutes.
