The sun dried tomatoes intermingled with the swiss cheese make for a truly delectable experience. The bread itself is very moist and quite savory!
1. Heat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Butter and flour a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
2. In a mixing bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder.
3. In another mixing bowl, beat together the egg, milk, sun dried tomatoes, and oil. Add the flour/sugar mixture into the egg/milk mixture and stir until mixed thoroughly. Add roughly 3/4 of the cheese and mix together. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
4. Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of cheese onto the top of the batter. Bake in the oven for 35 minutes or until loaf is a light, golden brown.
