Add eggs and caster sugar to mixing bowl
Mix with electric mixer until thick
Sieve flour in and carefully mix together
Place in baking tray and put in oven for 6-8 minutes until bouncy
Lightly cover grease proof paper with sugar and mix jam
Place roll on sugar, remove tray and tray lining and spread jam
Carefully roll the cake using paper
Leave to cool and enjoy
