Cut Steak into individual serving size pieces, trim off excess fat and pound meat with meat pounder. Put flour, salt, and pepper in zip lock bag. Shake Steak pieces 2 -3 pieces at a time in flour to coat.. Brown meat in Dutch Oven. Add soupss and onion. Cover and simmer for 1 1/2 - 2 hours
