Cubed steak in a tomato/beef sauce
1. Mix flour and seasonings on a piece of waxed paper. Cost steak.
2. Heat oil in skillet, and brown steak on each side adding onion after turning steak.
3. When steak is browned, add left over flour to absorb the grease.
4. Add tomatoes and beef broth,. Simmer, covered for about 30-40 minutes until tender.
I serve with orzo, but it's also good with rice.
