Uses cheap cut of meat
Cut out connective tissue and cut steaks into 6 equal pieces. S & P both sides. Brown 3 mins. each side in oil and set aside. In Dutch oven in same juice add onion, garlick, tom paste, thyme, and four. Thicken. Add diced toms and juice w/broth. Bring to simmer and cook 2 hours @ 300 covered. Remove steaks from braising liquid and add 1 T sun drid toms, parsley and S&P to taste.
