Easy 40 minute dinner.
Add Johnnys seasoning to elk steaks.
Sear both sides of steak on high heat.
Add steaks and all other ingredients into a baking dish mix well. Jalapeno is optional. Steaks should be covered.
Cover and bake for about 40 minutes on 375 or until the dish is boiling and steaks fall apart.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
