1. Season swordfish and grill or pan fry . Transfer to plates.
2. Peel and finely slice garlic. Section lemon
3. Heat 1 TB of oil in pan on high heat. Add garlic and tomatoes ansd saute 5 minutes.
4. Add capers and sectioned lemon. Cook 2 minutes and add parlsey and pour over fish.
