Keep in freezer for last minute needs
Cream first three ingredients; lightly whisk egg in glass and stir into mixture. Fully combine flour into wet mixture until all flour absorbed. By hand, form dough into a log (like the refrigerated cookie dough logs). Wrap tightly two times with cling wrap and freeze. THAW 30 MINUTES BEFORE COOKING. Slice and bake 10-12 minutes at 375F. Cool for one minute and remove to wire rack.
