Brown ground beef and onion; drain. Fold in taco. mix. Mix together egg and sour cream. Add to meat mixture. Layer crescent rolls, in 9 x 13 pan, building slight edge and closing perferations place meat
mixture on top. Add a layer of ripe olives and top with cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
May be baked ahead and reheated.
