Mac and Cheese w/ beef
Prepare Mac & Cheese as directed.
While macaroni is cooking, cook beef with taco seasoning.
Stir sour cream into prepared Mac & Cheese.
Spoon 1/2 of macaroni mixture into an 8 inch square baking dish.
Layer with beef mixture, then 1 cup of cheese, then remaining macaroni mixture.
Cover with foil and bake 15 minutes in preheated 400 oven.
Remove from oven, remove foil, top with salsa and remaining cheese.
Bake uncovered for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
