Saute onion, add beans (you may want to use more than 3 c beans), salt, chili powder, tabasco, tomato sauce, and corn. Pour into Pam sprayed 13x9x2 pan. Sprinkle with cheese. Put baking mix in bowl, cut in fat free mayo, stir in 1/2c egg substitute, and milk. Spread over bean mixture. Bake 35 min or until browned nicely.
