Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Brown ground beef and drain. Put on the bottom of casserole dish. Add the ingredients in layers. Add refried beans and smooth over the beef. Sprinkle taco seasoning mix over the beans. Spread taco sauce over the beans. Spread sour cream over the sauce. Cover the top with the cheese.
Bake in oven for 20 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes and serve with tortilla chips.
You can make this dip spicy or mild depending on what you use for taco mix and taco sauce. You can also use lean meat or ground turkey along with fat free ingredients for a healthier version.
