Place beef in 2 quart casserole. Microwave 5 minutes; stirring after 3 minutes. Drain. In large measuring cup or small bowl, mix together onion, tomato sauce, chili powder, salt and pepper. Cover. Microwave 5 min. Stir. Layer Tortilla chips, sauce, cheese and olives in casserole dish. Microwave 5 to 8 minutes until cheese is melted. Rest 5 minutes before serving.
