2. Brown beef, add onion, garlic powder, taco seasoning and tomato sauce, then set aside.
3. In a medium bowl, combine sour cream, cottage cheese.
4. Place half of the crushed chips in a 2-1/2 quart casserole dish coated with non-stick spray.
5. Add meat to cover chips, cover meat with 1/2 of sour cream mixture, sprinkle with 1/2 cheese.
6. Repeat layer.
7. Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes.
