In a 9x13 dish, combine browned ground bison, cooked hash browns, anaheim pepper, onion, rotel, corn, cumin and cayenne pepper. Top with shredded cheese. Bake for about 15 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
Top with shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes and cilantro. Serve with avocado slices, sour cream, and corn chips
