Suggest a better descriptionMix ground beef, salsa, milk, 1/2 of the cheese and tomato soup. Crush desired amount of taco shells or chips. Add to mixture. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees one hour (first half hour covered, second uncovered to brown the cheese).
I use about 1 1/2 cups grated cheese.
