Recipe from Allie at Elise's work
Spread refried beans in the bottom of a 9x13 pan. In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream. Put garlic and taco seasoning into the mix. Mix well.
Spread cream cheese mixture over refried beans. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Bake for 20-30 mins at 350 degrees. Meanwhile, chop toppings: tomato, green onion, cilantro and olives.
When mixture comes out of the oven, sprinkle toppings evenly and serve warm with chips.
