From Pueblo Viejo
Cook the pinto beans in water. Once they are soft, remove the water. Golden some onions on a hot griddle with a few drops of vegetable oil and remove the onions so that only the oil will have the flavor. Add the cooked pinto beans and smash them until ready. Fry one slice of bacon per taco. Heat the tortilla (flour or corn). While the tortilla is heating, add cheese to melt. Add refried beans to the tortilla, then the bacon and, at the ed, three slices of avocado. Add salsa verde or roja to taste.
